Elaine M. Schmoyer, 85, formerly of Macungie, died Nov. 27, 2025. She was the wife of the late Arthur “Bunky” Schmoyer. She was the daughter of the late Paul E. and Mildred E.M. (Raedler) Andrews.

She worked as a manager and a cook at the Macungie Fire Company for many years and was a member of Solomon’s UCC, Macungie.

She is survived by daughters, Debra Handwerk, Denise Kuhns (Mike), Dawn Shoemaker (Dave), Darla Masters (Carl), Diane “Dee” Shade (Wayne) and Dana Robson (Jim); 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Mark Handwerk; brothers, Donald, Dennis, Carlton and Larry Andrews.
