The foster mom reports that Phineas is a cute little guy who is a bit timid but warms up quickly. He is gentle, affectionate and playful. He gets along well with his sibling Ferb. Phineas is about 5 months old, healthy, neutered, vaccinated, negative for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus, litter trained and microchipped.
