John Lindenmuth - Steel millwright

John Lindenmuth, 80, of Whitehall, died Nov. 21, 2025, at the Brian D. Perin Saint Luke’s Hospice House, Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late George F. and Lillian (Ward) Lindenmuth. He was the husband of Patricia M. (Stanczyk) Lindenmuth for 57 years.

He was a Liberty HS graduate.

He was a helicopter crew chief in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a millwright at Bethlehem Steel for 32 years until he retired in 1997.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Gina Miller and husband Douglas of Schnecksville and Monica Guiher of Whitehall; a son, John and wife Lori of Lafayette Hill; and daughter, Lisa Lindenmuth and partner Robert Hafer of Fogelsville; six grandchildren, Courtney, Dylan, Morgan, Marshall, David and Cash; four siblings, Joyce Best, Sally Loftus, Robert Lindenmuth and Carol Rogers; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by seven siblings.
