Richard L. Lehr, 83, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 14, 2025, at Whitehall Manor. Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Elmer and the late Elizabeth (Nesbitt) Lehr.
He was a Liberty HS graduate.
He was in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He re-enlisted in the Navy Reserve for 32 years until he retired as a CWO(4) Chief Warrant Officer.
He was an electrician at the former Western Electric.
He was a member of IBEW Local 375.
He was a former Treasurer of the F Troop Hunting Club. He collected and restored classic cars and was a member of the Wheels of Time SRA of the Lehigh Valley.
He is survived by a daughter, Nicole A. Hooven and her husband Chris of Malvern; a son, Richard L. Jr. and his wife Elizabeth of New Ringgold; and six grandchildren, Devin Rose Piket and her husband Rick, Kodi Anna Campetti and her husband Frankie Rosetti, Jaimee Lynn Hooven, Mariah, Laura, and Kara Lehr; a brother, Roger Lehr and companion Joan Voit of Center Valley; nieces; nephews; and his former wife, Janie (Younker) Muschlitz.
He was predeceased by a brother, David Lehr.
