Reminder: The annual Thanksgiving dinner is set for Nov. 20.

There will be early dismissals — noon — Nov. 21-26 for Sheckler Elementary students. No lunches will be served.

Catasauqua Area School District will be closed Nov. 27-Dec. 1 for Thanksgiving break.

CASD Board of Education meetings are normally scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month; however, next month’s meeting will be the first Tuesday of the month. Directors will meet 7-8:30 p.m. Dec. 2 in the board room at the administrative offices, 201 N. 14th St.

The fourth-grade concert will be held 7-8 p.m. Dec. 17.

Looking ahead: CASD will be closed Dec. 22-Jan. 2, 2026, for winter break.
