Roger D. Hermany, 96, of Macungie, formerly of Allentown, died Oct. 27, 2025, at EverTrue Lutheran Home at Topton, where he had been residing. He was the husband of the late Myrtle M. (Burkhart) Hermany. Born in Palmerton, he was the son of the late Dr. S.L. Hermany and Edna M. (Zimmerman) Hermany.

He was an accountant for 40 years in the Lehigh Valley within the automobile industry. A 32nd Degree Mason, he was a member of Lehigh Valley Day Lodge No. 813, F. & A.M., Lehigh Consistory – Valley of Allentown and Jordan United Church of Christ, Allentown. He was an avid gardener and loved to travel.

He is survived by a son, Donald R., of Wayne.

He was predeceased by a brother, Dr. Paul L.
