Parkland to perform Disney’s ‘The Little Mermaid JR’

The popular Disney movie “The Little Mermaid JR” is now a popular high school play.
Adapted from Hans Christian Anderson’s story, the Parkland High School Theatre Department will perform this family show 7 p.m, Nov. 21 and 22 and 3 p.m. Nov. 22 and 23 in the school’s auditorium.
It is being directed by Andrea Gabrie and produced by Andrea Roposh.
“Ariel” played by Riley Davidson, is the Little Mermaid.
“Prince Eric” a human, is played by Ryan Iorio, “Ariel’s” love interest.
This story revolves around the wish that Ariel could become human in order to marry Prince Eric.
With many challenges and adventures, the couple fulfill their wish.
