NAGYResidents brave the chilly weather to pay their respects during a Nov. 11 Veterans Day ceremony at the veterans memorial at the Whitehall Township Municipal Building, 3219 MacArthur Road. The ceremony included representatives from American Legion Post 367, Fullerton; American Legion Jones Quigg Post 739, Hokendauqua; and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7293, Egypt.

Special guest speaker Major General Gerald Still addresses the crowd.

Chaplain Eric Zimmerer leads the prayer.

Mayor Joseph Marx Jr. and John Treiber lay a wreath at the memorial. Treiber was the emcee for the ceremony.

The honor guard discharges their rifles in tribute.

Veterans stand together to show respect for their fellow service members.
