Marvin Earl Helfrich Jr., 70, of Bally and formerly of Macungie, died in his home Nov. 15, 2025. He was the husband of the late Tina B. (Snell) Helfrich, who died in 2023. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Marvin E. Helfrich and Jeannine R.K. (Nonnemacher) Helfrich.

He was a graduate of Emmaus High School and was employed at Bally Block Company for 17 years until recently retiring.

He is survived by a daughter, Nicole Wharton and her husband, Robert; sisters, Denise Schantzenbach and her husband, Michael, Patricia Kuser and her husband, Robert, Donna Bartholomew and her husband, Roy, Pamela Gower; grandchildren, Paige, Kadence, Nathaniel and Mitchell.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Danielle M., who died in 2024.

Services are private.
