The Northwestern Lehigh cross country teams ran their final regular season meet last week, with the Tiger boys team going 3-1 and the girls going 2-2 in the meet, which was hosted by the Tigers.

Noah Griffith’s 10th-place finish led a pack of Northwestern boys runners that all finished within 11 places of one another. Jonathan Fornauf (15th), Brady Furman (17th), Kieran Baker (20th) and Michael Richards (22nd) made up Northwestern’s top five at the meet.

In the girls race, Rosalia Nestor finished third overall for the Tigers, followed by teammates Katie Furman (15th), Ava Smedstad (21st), Amber Carl (32nd) and Emily Fornwalt (37th).

Northwestern’s boys team went 22-6 this season while the girls team finished at 20-8. They will be back in action this week at the Colonial League Championships at DeSales University before returning next week for the District 11 Championships.
