The Salisbury cross country teams finished their seasons last week and will compete in this week’s Colonial League Championships.
The Falcon girls team went 2-26 in the first season in several years that it was able to field a full team and earn five-runner team scores. The Salisbury boys team went 6-22 in 2025.
The Salisbury boys team picked up two of those wins at a meet Sept. 30 at Palmerton. Emerson Juhasz led Salisbury with a 29th-place finish at the meet, with teammates Isaac Mokua (61st), Kaiden Conrad (70th), Riley Nemitz (73rd) and Rafael Carpo (75th) making up the team score.
Lydia Fogel led the Falcon girls team at the race, finishing 19th overall. Anabella Tavaras (38th) and Soledad Lausch (42nd) also competed in the race.
Salisbury finished the regular season last week at a meet at Northwestern where both Falcon teams went 0-4.
Fogel finished 29th in the girls race, followed by teammates Tavaras (45th) and Lausch (51st).
In the boys race, Juhasz finished 50th with Mokua (70th), Dan Cachia (72nd), Kaiden Conrad (88th) and Carpo (91st) making up the rest of the team score. Nemitz (92nd) also competed at the meet.
The league championship meet is scheduled for Wednesday at DeSales University.
