Historic Catasauqua Preservation Association and Mrs. Nothstein’s Helping Hands Fund are pleased to present the third annual Biery House Holiday Shoppe. The event will be open on weekends Nov. 15-Dec. 7, featuring a selection of handmade gifts and food items from more than 65 artisans, displayed across four buildings.

Shopping hours are 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sundays.

A variety of food options will be available for purchase, including take-out and dine-in selections, with signature dishes such as the turkey bowls prepared by Mrs. Nothstein’s Helping Hands.

Guests are invited to capture memorable moments with family photos in a Victorian carriage or with Santa Claus, who will be present daily noon-2 p.m. Pet photography is also encouraged.

Additionally, the Biery House Museum will be open for guided tours.

Admission and photos are free. Parking is located at the rear of the property and may be accessed via Union Street. For navigation, use GPS address 5 W. Union St., Catasauqua, and turn left upon arrival.

Catty Seniors Plus will meet Nov. 19 at Slovak Center Social Hall, 1233 Fifth St., North Catasauqua. The doors open noon, and the meeting starts 1 p.m.

This month is election of officers for next year. Also, it is sign-up for the Christmas party, which you must sign up for to attend.

Coffee and a surprise dessert will be served, and bingo will be played.
