Bath: Bath Lions Club plans Christmas toy raffle for Nov. 14, 15, 16
The annual Bath Lions Club Christmas toy raffle will be 4-8 p.m. Nov. 14, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 15 and 9 a.m.-noon Nov. 16 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 206 E. Main St. There will be children’s toys, gift cards and more.

Bath Fire Company Social Hall, 135 S. Walnut St., will be holding a turkey raffle Nov. 22. The doors will open 11:30 a.m.
There will be 25 turkeys and 15 spins. There will also be door prizes, and you must be present to win.

During the month of November, Emmanuel’s Lutheran will help Bath Area Food Bank by collecting cookies and canned pasta. The food bank is always in need of monetary donations and gift cards (preferably Ahart’s).

The Bath area community Thanksgiving service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 25 at Salem United Church of Christ of Moorestown, 2218 Community Drive. The event is sponsored by all congregations of Bath Area Council of Churches.

Bath Area Food Bank is in need of volunteers. The food bank is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with lifting, sorting and packaging of food donations to support families in need.
