Shirley A. Snyder, 89, of Trexlertown, died Oct. 31, 2025 at Parkland Manor. She was the wife of the late Edwin R. Snyder Sr. Born in Fogelsville, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Erma (Beitler) Erb.

She worked for Cedarbrook Nursing Home as a cleaning lady for 20 years. She was a member of St. Paul’s U.C.C. in Trexlertown. She loved to play bingo.

She is survived by children, Edwin Jr. (Cindy), of New Tripoli, Donald, of Pittsburgh, Brenda Sadrovitz (David), of Cape Coral, Fla., Mary Lou Laven, of York; brother, Henry Erb, of Kutztown, nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Karl Greiss.

A funeral service will take place 1 p.m. Nov. 6 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville. Visitation will be noon to 1 p.m. before the service.
