An automatic fire alarm in the 1500 block of Newport Avenue was handled by Stations 42 and 45, Allen Township.

Stations 42; 45; 5, Coplay Borough; 47, Lehigh Township; 2, Catasauqua Borough; and 15, Hanover Township, were on the scene of a dwelling fire in the 100 block of Sycamore Court.
