Shooting Suspect

The Pennsylvania State Police Troop M – Bethlehem Station is investigating a shooting incident that occurred Oct. 24 at approximately 9:15 p.m. in the area of Nor Bath Boulevard at its intersection with Savage Drive, Allen Township, for a report of a shooting. The victim, a 33-year-old man from Allentown, was uninjured and awaiting their arrival.

It was determined that as the victim was traveling in his vehicle westbound on Nor Bath Boulevard and through a green lightat the intersection with Savage Drive, the suspect attempted to walk illegally across the roadway.

The victim stopped his vehicle at the intersection, but the suspect walked toward the rear of the victim’s vehicle and fired two shots from a handgun, with the shots suspected to have been fired directly up in the air. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.

The victim was not injured and no there was no damage to the vehicle.

A discharged 9mm bullet casing was recovered at the scene.

The suspect is described as the following:

1. White/Non-Hispanic male

2. Blond hair with a blond beard

3. Approximately 5’08 to 5’10 in height

4. Approximately 170 pounds

5. Between approximately 28 – 35 years of age

6. Wearing a dark hoodie and jeans

7. Wearing a black hat
