LEHIGH VALLEY WEATHER

Rossetto, Snider didn’t disappoint travelers with their Halloween display in Lowhill Twp

This was going to be the Halloween for the towering Pumpkin King Jack Skellington to reemerge refreshed after a long absence to take center stage along Route 100 in Lowhill Township.

Jack’s size requires a massive combined effort on the part of Phil Rossetto and Greg Snider to both display and tether the character to withstand their hilltop winds and weather.

Sadly, our creative team found they were a bit “under the weather” as Halloween approached and reluctantly kept their favorite Halloween character under wraps until 2026.

Of course, to not disappoint the eager passersby awaiting their annual Halloween artistry, Rossetto managed to fluff the fur of a clowder of black kittens along with retrieve a super brilliant full moon cataloged in his vaults of goodies.

Yes, the clowder was more than willing to once again be playful in the brilliant moonlight!

While science is not able to support this suspected behavior, have you noticed feline mischief seems to multiple when coupled with brilliant moonlight?

It would certainly be interesting to learn what the surrounding patch of jack-o’-lanterns, shepherded by two towering scarecrows, will witness in the early hours of morning on the windy hill.

As you linger when passing by, you may hear sweet meows or perhaps cringe with eerie howling at the Moon?
