EHS names student of the week

Q. Please provide the first names of your family members: parents, siblings and pets.

A. I live with my parents, Michelle and Mike, my brothers, Ryley and Liam and our dog, Ellie.

Q. As a senior, do you have any specific goals you will pursue this academic year?

A. This year I would like to maintain my GPA and get all A’s in my classes.

Q. What is your favorite class at Emmaus High School? Why?

A. My favorite class this year is psychology because I think it is interesting and it may be something I want to do in the future.

Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?

A. I have been on the honor roll every marking period at the high school.

Q. Are you involved in any extracurricular activities? How has being involved in these organizations impacted your high school experience?

A. I have been a part of the EHS baseball program for the past four years. I am also a member of National Honor Society, the Pediatric Cancer Club, the Pickleball Club, Kid to Kid and the Leo Club. Being a member of these organizations has helped me feel like I am making a difference in the community and has also helped me to meet new people.

Q. What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?

A. My biggest challenge has been balancing school, sports, working and a social life.

Q. At this time, what are your plans for the future beyond high school?

A. I hope to go to Penn State for college. I am still unsure of what I would like to major in.

Q. If you could spend an evening conversing with a historically significant person, whom would you choose? Why?

A. I would like to have a conversation with Mahatma Ghandi because I think he could offer some great advice with his intricate way of thinking.

Q. For what would you like to be remembered?

A. I would like to be remembered for being an honest, hardworking person.

Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?

A. I would tell the future students of EHS to enjoy their years in high school; they go by so fast!
