Thomas A. Kuntz, 88, of Allentown and formally of Slatington, died peacefully Oct. 16, 2025. He was the loving husband of the late Miriam A. (Kessler) Kuntz. He was the devoted owner and operator of the family business, Kuntz Whole Candy and Tobacco of Slatington for many years.

He was a longtime member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Slatington.

He is survived by brothers, David and his wife, Elizabeth, of Lancaster and Jeff and his wife, Lorraine, of Winchester, Va.; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for both he and his wife will be held 11 a.m. Nov. 8 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 40 Second St., Slatington. Calling hour will begin 10 a.m. in the church.
