Margaret A. Young, 84, of Emmaus, died peacefully Oct. 21, 2025, in Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Kenneth M. Young Sr. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Eleanor (Demmy) Willey.

She retired from Rodale Press, where she worked in data entry.

She was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

She was a member of the Woman’s Club of Emmaus and the Emmaus Historical Society.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth M. Jr. and his wife, Karen; daughter, Debra D. and her husband, Frank E. Muthard; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Francis Willey.

She was predeceased by a son, Randy and a sister, Sandra Beecher.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the physicians who cared for her. The compassion and love that was extended to her will never be forgotten.
