Evelyn R. (Oplinger) Stine, 100, of Breinigsville, died with her family by her side Oct. 20, 2025. She was the wife of the late Morris O. Stine, with whom she shared many years of marriage until his passing in 1983. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Andrew F. and Esther M. (Samuels) Oplinger.

She spent her life being a devoted farmer’s wife and raising her two children. She loved to tend her garden, cook for her family and do all types of needle crafting. Above all she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son, Joel and his wife, Ellen Sue, of Overgaard, Ariz.; daughter, Joan and her husband, Richard Semmel, of Breinigsville; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Arrangements were made by Schmoyer Funeral Home, 8926 Brookdale Road, Breinigsville.
