It’s that time of the year where football teams across District 11 look to survive and advance with the District 11 tournament getting underway on Thursday night with Class 4A and 3A quarterfinal rounds on tap.

Class 6A and 1A keep the action on Friday night, while 5A and 2A round things out on Saturday.

The only other contest being played on Saturday is the 6A matchup between Liberty and Freedom at noon.
