The Auxiliary of Northern Valley EMS, 2375 Levans Road, Coplay, baked hundreds of shoofly pies to support the mission of the ambulance corps.
It takes a group of dedicated members to prep and bake the various desserts they create throughout the year.
They will meet to prep and bake on a Friday or Saturday, then sell the pre-ordered pies, apple dumplings, soups and barbecued chicken dinners on the following day or days, depending on the product being offered.
