Salisbury residents enjoy Coffee and Conversation

Salisbury Township Police Chief Don Sabo addresses residents’ concerns related to a number of topics including noise ordinances, traffic violations and vandalism. He explained how the police investigate calls and the limitations placed on police due to Pennsylvania laws.
Carolyn and Richard Miller voice concerns about the impact of water run off in their neighborhood and if the township has any plans to resurface or repave their street as it has not been attended to close to 40 years.
Approximately 15 residents participate in the Coffee and Conversation event where they had a chance to meet local officials, ask questions and share what matters most to them. Topics ranged from traffic and noise concerns, the overpopulation of deer and the damage they cause, overuse of salt in the winter months which pollutes watersheds, vandalism in the township’s parks and rising school taxes.
