A green iPhone smartphone was turned into police headquarters, 3000 S. Pike Ave., Sept. 30 after it was found in Lindberg Park, 2800 Lindberg Ave., according to Salisbury police. The owner of the phone may reach Salisbury police at 610-797-1447.

Drug take back

On Sept. 30 Salisbury officers turned over 521 pounds of medications to Lehigh County. The medications had been dropped off in various drug disposal boxes within the township in the last three months, according to Salisbury police.

Salisbury officers responded to St. Luke’s Hospital, 801 Ostrum St., Fountain Hill, to assist Fountain Hill police Sept. 28, according to Salisbury police.

Video violations

Between Sept. 28 and Oct. 4, 24 school bus video violations were approved by Salisbury Township Police to motorists who illegally passed school buses, bringing the school year’s total to 47 approved violations.
