Dr. Hirofumi Makino, president of Okayama University, traveled from Japan for the reunion. Makino was an exchange student in the class. Makino, rear, joins his wife Mari and the daughter of his host family and her husband, Barb Harries Barthol and Bart Barthol, for a photo at the reunion.

C.J. Charles “Heater” Heatley, center, joins classmates for a photo in Emmaus Community Park. Heatley, a Navy pilot and aerial photographer was the inspiration for the 1986 move “Top Gun.”
