Stella Nemeth, 93, of Fellowship Community and formerly of Treichlers and Northampton, died Oct. 17, 2025. She was the wife of the late John S. Nemeth for 65 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Alois J. and Anna V. (Marakovits) Keglovits.

She was the office manager of the family real estate practice and, as a licensed insurance agent, led the insurance practice for more than 40 years.

She was a lifelong member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church, Northampton, serving in church and school organizations and the Women’s Guild.

She was a member of Northampton BPW and Quota Club.

She is survived by two daughters, Clare of North Augusta, S.C., and Catherine of Philadelphia; two sons, John III of Northampton and Daniel with Elizabeth of Bethlehem; seven grandchildren, Megan, Erin, Joshua, Sarah, John, Chelsea and William; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Agnes Kozero.

She was predeceased by nine siblings, Mary Wukovits Sr., Agatha Keglovits, Bertha Keglovits, Rose Csencsits, Pauline Miklos, Louis Keglovits, Theresa DePaulo, Margaret Keglovits and Joseph Keglovits.

There will be a calling time 8-10:15 a.m. Oct. 24 at the funeral home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton, followed by a Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. at the church, 1324 Newport Ave., Northampton, 18067.

Contributions may be made to the church, Mercy Learning Center or Missionary Sisters of the Most Sacred Heart.
