Moore Township: Penny party scheduled for Oct. 26 at Klecknersville Rangers
The Moore Township Lioness-Lions Club is planning its semiannual penny party for Oct. 26 at Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive. Doors will open 11:30 a.m., with games beginning 1 p.m.
There will be basket raffles, door prizes, dinner raffles, delicious food and homemade baked goods.

Township yard waste drop-off is 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 7 a.m.-dusk Saturdays at the township complex.
The bins for drop-off are located near the public works garage, through the gate and to the right. There is one bin for weeds and one bin for brush.
Drop-off is closed on most holidays.
