PRESS PHOTO COURTESY HBMSHistoric Bethlehem Museums & Sites (HBMS) and Historic Hotel Bethlehem are hosting a night of hot jazz, delicious food and dancing during the Bootlegger’s Ball at the iconic Historic Hotel Bethlehem Oct. 23, 6-10 p.m. Tickets for the event, which revives the glamour and decadence of the Jazz Age, are limited and on sale now at HistoricBethlehem.org. Bootlegger’s Ball tickets include admission to this fully immersive 1920s experience, food and two bar tickets; additional drinks will be available for purchase. Proceeds benefit HBMS’s historic preservation work and educational programming for the community. Guests are encouraged to come dressed to impress – as a darling flapper, dashing gent or part of a dazzling group – with prizes awarded for “Best Dressed Flapper,” “Best Dressed Dapper” and “Best Dressed Couple/Group” contests. A few ‘surprises’ are also planned as well. Additional details on Hotel Bethlehem, the No. 1 Historic Hotel in the nation, are available at hotelbethlehem.com.
