Thomas Michael Ohotski, 72, of Allentown, died Oct. 7, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Allentown. Born in Catasauqua, he was the son of the late Helen and Michael Ohotski and husband of Sandra A. Gates. He was employed at Cabela’s for 10 years and was a member of Nativity Lutheran Church and the Guthsville Pistol Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by brother-in-law, David Gates and his wife, Michele, of Emmaus; nieces, Jamie Gates, of Philadelphia, Jessica Nolan and her husband, Tyler, of Allentown.
