Richard F. Roth, 78, of Macungie, died Oct. 9, 2025, at Complete Care at Lehigh. His wife, Sarah J. (Swavely) Roth, died in 2007. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Earl F. and Betty C. (Bruch) Roth.

He was an U.S. Marine Corps veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.

He worked as a drywall installer for many years for various companies in the Lehigh Valley and worked part time for Animals in Distress in Coopersburg for several years.

He was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and was a former member of the Schuylkill County Motorcycle Club Drill Team.

He is survived by sisters, Susan Hurson and Sonia Simon; nieces and nephews, Elario Dalmas II, Gina Laub, Melissa Keller and Danielle Perez; great-nieces and great-nephews; a great-great nephew.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Oct. 20 at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 225 Elm St., Emmaus. A visitation will be held 2-3 p.m. before the service in the funeral home.
