At Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, a report involving drug offenses had police at the scene.
A report of access device fraud in the 700 block of Fifth Street was filed with the department.
Traffic enforcements were conducted at North 10th and St. John streets and at Second and Bridge streets.
A lost/found animal at Second and Race streets was reported.

At Pine Street and Howertown Road, a traffic complaint was investigated.
In the 100 block of Circle Drive, an animal complaint was addressed.
