Ruth Jean (Nehilla) Noctor, 90, of Bethlehem, died, Sept. 29, 2025, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Fountain Hill. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late John A. and Beatrice (Willoughby) Nehilla. She was the wife of the late Robert “Bob” F. Noctor.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Incarnation of Our Lord Catholic Church, formally SS Cyril and Methodius and was active in the church community. She was a member of the Legion of Mary.

She is survived by two children, John (wife Donna) Noctor of Zionsville and Daniel (wife Diane) Noctor of Hellertown; a sibling, Rosemarie (husband Leonard) Feist of Bethlehem; two grandchildren, Luke (wife Sara) Sweatlock and Alec (wife Shanna) Noctor; three great-grandchildren, John, Lilliana,and Cala; nephews; and nieces.

She was predeceased by a brother, Jim; and two sisters, Shirley and Dorothy.
