It was a bright and beautiful Saturday morning that kicked off the second day of Celtic Classic 2025.
One of the anticipated events at Celtic Classic is the Saturday morning Parade of Tartans. Spectators watched along the New, Broad and Main Streets route as the Freedom, Bangor and Liberty high school bands marched the route, six bagpipe bands performed their familiar sounds of pipes in their kilts and tartan clad outfits, and various Celtic themed organizations promoted their activities.
Following the band were hundreds of attendees heading down below the Hill-to-Hill Bridge to experience even more activities including the Highland games, more Celtic music, Celtic beverages and food, and vendors selling Celtic merchandise.
