Patrick T. Smith 76, of South Whitehall, died Sept. 21, 2025. He was the husband of Judith H. Smith. Born in San Bernardino, Calif., he was the son of Harold and Veronica Smith.

He graduated from Emmaus High School in 1967 and received his Bachelor of Science degree at Temple University. He worked in New York City as a graphic designer moving to Allentown to join Air Products as the production and graphics supervisor. He worked at Rodale Press as a manager of various operations in the book division.

He had extraordinary talent for design and building of his home. He loved cats, the band “Little Feat,” his Mazda convertible, football, handkerchiefs and ice cream. He was an extremely talented photographer.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a stepdaughter, Jessica Higgins; niece, Tess Bernhard; nephew Spencer Bernhard.

He was predeceased by his sister Arlene Bernhard.
