An animal complaint in the 100 block of Howertown Road was reported.

Traffic enforcement took place at North 14th and Race streets.

A report of suspicious activity in the 500 block of Kurtz Street was investigated.

Police handled a report of a lost/found animal in the 700 block of Second Street.

At Church and Fairview streets, a traffic complaint had police at the scene.

A retail theft in the 500 block of Front Street was reported.
