Man scammed
out of $500
State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say a 65-year-old man from Route 873, North Whitehall Township, reported 11:49 a.m. Sept. 18 he was scammed out of $500,
According to police, Troopers were dispatched to the residence in North Whitehall Township, for a report of an online scam.
Police say the man related he was scammed out of approximately $500 in Apple Pay through a false advertisement for a Sirius XM radio subscription.
Window damaged

State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, is investigating an incident where a client threw a rock through a window at the hospital within the Kidspeace Campus, North Whitehall Township, 11:22 a.m. Aug. 19.
Police allege a 15-year-old male from Washington, Pa. was arrested.
The value of the damage to the window is estimated to be $1,300.
Windshield damaged
State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say Tuskes Excavating Inc, Bethlehem, reported a 953k black and yellow front loader windshield was damaged just after midnight Sept. 9 at Maple Street and Greenleaf Street, North Whitehall Township,
Police say they are investigating an incident where unknown actor(s) entered the construction site and vandalized the CAT 953k whereas they threw rocks shattering the windshield causing approximately $1,000 worth of damage.
Heat pump stolen
State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say a 39-year-old Kutztown woman reported a Goodman Heat Pump was stolen 12:58 p.m. Aug. 20 from Hill Street, North Whitehall Township.
Head-on crash in North Whitehall Township
State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, say Deborah A. Zosky, 71, of Orefield, was driving a 2019 Audi Q7 when it collided head-on with a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer driven by Jessica H. Lloyd, 35, of Tamaqua, 6:20 p.m. Sept. 2 in the area of 3752 Route 309, North Whitehall Township.
According to police, before the crash, the Mercury was traveling south on Route 309 and the Audi was traveling north on Route 309 and was in the center turn line.
The Audi turned across the south bound lane to turn into a nearby business, striking the Mercury head-on.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Stews Towing.
Police say both drivers sustained minor injuries and were transported for an evaluation by Cetronia Ambulance Corps.
Kayden McAvoy, 23, of Tamaqua, a passenger in the Mercury sustained suspected minor injury, but was not transported by EMS, police say.
Police say both drivers and McAvoy, were all wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.
Zosky was charged with turning movements and required signals - general rule traffic violation, police say.
