Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

AUG. 10

A suspicious male in the 1500 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

Police checked on the welfare of males at West 14th and Canal streets, at Cherryville Road and West 30th Street and in the 1900 block of Washington Avenue and on females in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue and the 100 block of East 17th Street.

In the 1700 block of Main Street, a report of a juvenile issue was investigated.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue.

A domestic dispute occurred in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue.

AUG. 11

Suspicious activity in the 1900 block of Main Street was reported.

A report of an unwanted female in the 2300 block of Dewey Avenue had police at the scene.

Police checked on the welfare of a male and a female in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue.

A disturbance in the unit block of West 17th Street was reported.

AUG. 12

An unwanted male in the 2100 block of Main Street was reported.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1200 and 2100 blocks of Main Street and the 2000 block of Canal Street.

In the unit block of West 21st Street, a report of a civil issue was investigated.

Officers assisted males in the 1400 block of Canal Street and the 1500 block of Laubach Avenue.

AUG. 13

Police checked a residence in the 1000 block of Northampton Avenue.

Reports of civil matters were addressed in the 800 block of Held Drive and the 1300 and 1900 blocks of Main Street.

Traffic stops were conducted at East Eighth Street and Ridge Alley and at East Ninth Street and Northampton Avenue.

Two suspicious vehicles in the unit block of West Fourth Street were reported.

AUG. 14

Traffic stops were conducted in the 300, 600, 1200, 1300 and 1600 blocks of Main Street, at Howertown Road and East Second Street, at Main and East 19th streets, on West Ninth Street, at East 21st Street and Lincoln Avenue, at Main and East 24th streets, at East Second and Main streets and at Main Street and Laubach Avenue.

Disturbances were reported in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue and on Smith Lane.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 100 block of East 17th Street and on males in the 1000 block of Wynnewood Drive and the 1500 block of Main Street.

Harassment in the 1600 block of Main Street was reported.

A noise complaint in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue was addressed.
