Rosalind Mae Hill, 70, of North Catasauqua, died Sept. 3, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Rose (Jurasits) Transue.

She was the owner of Hill’s Restaurant, Catasauqua, and enjoyed helping her sister at Bob’s Flower Shop, Northampton.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Devon Raad and husband Gregory; a son, Will and wife Magdaly; five grandchildren, Elijah, Jordan, Marangelis, Dayane and Andrew; and two sisters, Barbara Miller and husband Dale and Patricia Guignet.

She was predeceased by a brother, Robert J. Transue; and a brother-in-law, Reinhold Guignet.
