Brandon C. Gehris
Brandon C. Gehris, 24, of Northampton, died Sept. 3, 2025. Born in Allentown, he was the beloved son of Christopher Gehris and Tanya (VanBrunt) Nissen.
Known to his closest friends as “Brogie,” he had a passion for riding his motorcycle and a love for the outdoors — hunting, fishing or spending time at the cabin.
He also enjoyed games of every kind, from disc golf and basketball to video games with friends. He carried that playful spirit from childhood, when he and his brother Jesse dreamed of becoming WWE Tag Team Champions.
He was a 2019 graduate of Kutztown High School.
He started his profession in construction at Builders Door & Hardware before finding his current home with Boyle Construction to continue his career pursuit in a job he loved. He had also spent nearly a decade working at Spectators Bar & Grill. He was regarded as a dedicated worker and all three places became extended families to him.
Through his final gift of organ donation with the Gift of Life organization, he continues to touch the lives of others.
In addition to his parents and stepparents, he is survived by paternal grandmother, Terrie; siblings, Jesse Werkheiser, Jayden, Mia Mineo, Norah Mineo; girlfriend, Abriana Todd.
His first pet, Tato the lizard, remains lovingly cared for by his family.
Family and friends are invited to gather Sept. 10 at Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, 3441 Devonshire Road, Allentown. Visitation will be held 4-6 p.m., followed immediately by funeral services. Arrangements are entrusted to Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
Contributions may be made in his memory to the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
