Mildred L. Singleton, 90, of Bethlehem, died Aug. 23, 2025, at Bethlehem North. She was a daughter of the late Ora Lee and Bessi Hall.

She was for many years a day care assistant at her daughter’s former Ruby Tarboro Group Day Care, Philadelphia, and took care of the infants and toddlers. She ministered at the former Dove X Ministry for Children, Bethlehem. Known for her potato salad, she made meals for the children and was known as the “Mother” of the Center.

She was a member and Evangelist at Fourth United Church of God, Bethlehem.

She is survived by six children, Rosa Mae of Bethlehem, Ruby Lee of Philadelphia, Tommy Lee and his wife Ramona of Allentown, Tina Lee of Bethlehem, Otis Johnson and his wife Lynn of Bethlehem and Bobby and his wife Tammy of Georgia; three sisters, Bernice Greene of Bethlehem, Barbara Jean of Virginia and Dorothy Jackson of Goergia; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three sons, Curtis Jr., Larry and William Singleton.
