Assault fear by physical menace
A teen and their mother were arguing at a location along Washington Court, Lower Macungie Township, when the teen alleged a knife was used to threaten at the end of the argument 12:30 p.m. Aug. 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported at approximately 1:40 p.m. Aug. 6.
Indecent assault
State police are investigating an incident involving someone inappropriately touching a child at a location along Colebrook Avenue, Upper Milford Township, 2:34 p.m. June 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Criminal mischief
A 59-year-old male, of Alburtis, allegedly damaged another person’s vehicle during a disturbance at a location along Mathews Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 1:58 Aug. 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Retail theft
Three people allegedly removed a vibrator, valued at $69.95, from CVS, 3295 PA Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 16-year-old female, 15-year-old female and a 13-year-old female, all of Bethlehem, allegedly removed merchandise, with a total value of $163.88, from retailer Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:11 p.m. Aug. 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
State police were called to retailer Dick’s Sporting Goods, 707 N. Krocks Road, Suite 101, Lower Macungie Township, for a retail theft 5:35 p.m. Aug. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
