Cole David Hausman
Cole David Hausman, 18, of Fogelsville, died Aug. 24, 2025. He was the son of David and Kasey Hausman.
A graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School, Class of 2025, he was known for his brilliant mind, warm spirit and soft-spoken kindness. He was set to begin a new chapter this fall as a freshman at Kutztown University.
His life, though brief, was full. In his early youth, he was an active participant in NYAA sports and enjoyed the relationships he developed with his teammates and the strong community. He developed a passion for golf, playing on the high school team as a freshman and sophomore and enjoyed playing whenever he could with his friends, father and grandfather.
He was well traveled, visiting many beautiful beaches and spending time skiing all over the United States with his family. He was a tinkerer with an intense love for computers and gaming. He could solve a Rubik’s cube in mere seconds and loved building computers for family and friends, having first built his own at a very young age. He enjoyed art, street fashion, sneakers, cars and music – particularly music with deep bass.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by siblings, Reese, Mack and Brynn; grandmother, Elizabeth; grandparents, Stacy B. Cartledge Jr. and Jennifer Cartledge; aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ronda Cartledge and his grandfather John.
