Bernard S. Marhefka, 95, of Northampton, died Aug. 25, 2025. He was the husband of the late Helen (Szoke) Marhefka.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late John and Mary (Piervallo) Marhefka.
He served in the U.S. Air Force as a staff sergeant during the Korean War.
He was employed as a foreman for the former Whitehall Cement for 36 years.
He was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, Northampton.
He is survived by three sons, Gerard and wife Simonee, Chris and Joseph and wife Kelly; eight grandchildren, Adam and wife Milisha, Eric and wife Kayla, Makenna and husband Marc, Lauren, Alina, Owen and fiancee Amelia, Celia and Emma; a great-grandson, Gavin; a brother, John; three sisters, Monica, Frances and Bernice; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother, Al; and a sister, Martha.
