Richard “Dick” F. Fritz Sr., 94, of Bethlehem, died at home Aug. 23, 2025. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Tell) Fritz. He was the husband of the Anna Marie Fritz for 70 years.

He was, for more than 30 years, a firefighter for the City of Bethlehem.

He was a member of the International Association of Fire Fighters (I.A.F.F.). and of the St. Bernard’s community.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Richard F. Jr. and his wife Joann, Joseph D. and his wife Susan and William J. and his wife Marie-Louise; seven grandchildren, Daniel, Nikolas, Katie, Mathew, Michael, Melissa and Jessica; and nine great-grandchildren.
