An 18-year-old Weisenberg Township man was killed when the vehicle he was operating left the roadway, traveled down an embankment and struck several trees on Aug. 24 in the area of Route 100 and Lyon Valley Road, Lowhill Township.

According to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio, Cole D. Hausman was pronounced dead at 10:36 p.m. at the scene.

Buglio said the cause of Hausman’s death is blunt force head injuries due to a motor vehicle accident.

He said he ruled the manner of his death an accident.

In addition to the coroner’s office, State Police Troop M, Fogelsville, is investigating this crash.
