Lehigh Township Historical Society will be holding gravestone preservation workshops 3-5 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m.-noon Sept. 6 at the Berlinsville Cemetery, 4686 Poplar Drive. They will be a hands-on basic gravestone cleaning demonstration.

Information on protocols will be explained, along with recommendations of tools and techniques. Materials will be provided. A rain date will be announced if the workshop is postponed due to weather.

Space is limited; register by calling 610-440-0151. There is a fee.

Yard sale

Lehigh Township Volunteer Fire Company will hold its community yard sale 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 30 in the parking lot, 4188 Lehigh Drive.
