Kathleen J. Grammes, 80, of Slatington, died Aug. 4, 2025.

Born in Walnutport, she was the daughter of the late Frank Sr. and Mary (Seiler) Oncheck.

She was employed in the produce department at Weis Markets, Schnecksville, where she tended the salad bar. Earlier, she was employed at the former Gerhart’s Catering Service in Ballietsville and the former Blue Ridge Knitting Mill in Walnutport.

She was a member of the ladies auxiliary of Walnutport Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7215.

She is survived by three children, Lewis J. III, Kim M. Gogel with Darin and Lisa A. Fisher with Michael, all of Slatington; two sisters, Theresa E. Jones of Florida and Stella L. Schoch of Walnutport; four grandchildren, Tiffany, Jennifer, Tyana and Mark; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by four siblings, Frank Oncheck Jr., Ann Marie Meckes, Mary Ann Bishop and Edward Oncheck.
