Christy Ann Pierce, 75, of Federalsburg, Md., died July 26, 2025, at Talbot Hospice in Easton, Md.

Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Alfred E. and Betty L. (Smith) Pierce.

She was a Class of 1967 Easton High School graduate. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Beaver College (Arcadia), Glenside, and a master’s degree in education from Kutztown University.

She worked as a teacher at Federalsburg Elementary School from 1971 until retiring from the Caroline County Public School System.

She was a member of Federalsburg Lions Club for many years.

She is survived by two brothers, Attny. Alfred S. with Linda of Northampton and John H. with Carolyn of Ridgewood, N.J.; two nieces, Dianne Pierce O’Brien with Shawn and Jaclyn Pierce Marsh with Kyle; a nephew, Steven with Krystin; six-great nieces and great-nephews; and family friends, John Phillips Sr., John Phillips Jr., Mikie Phillips, Danny and Kim Phillips and Scott and Emily Phillips.
