Strudel is a gorgeous German Shepherd approximately 5.5 months old and she is looking for a fresh start with a new family to love. She was in a foster home briefly where her foster mom had only wonderful things to say about her! She seems to be housebroken and this sweet girl is also quite the Velcro dog where she would even follow her foster mom into the bathroom. Strudel can be shy and nervous in certain situations, so she will need an active home where someone has the experience, time and patience to help build up her confidence. Prior German Shepherd or herding breed experience is a must and we are also looking to place her in a home with a happy go lucky confident and friendly dog who will also help with her insecurities. She made fast friends with another dog, Oli, at the shelter and we know that in the right home she will blossom into the amazing girl we all know that she can be! We are not sure how she will be with cats or small children. She’s very playful, loves her toys and the water, too.
